Lion’s Mane Sandwich with Roasted Red Bell Pepper Spread. I am starting to learn when you are camping, anything can go wrong. Our stove stopped working. Lucky I had my little stove I used to film with. I could not do the recipe I had planned for the trip due to not enough resources, but this sandwich came out pretty good. 🙏🏾 This spread is delicious. Just mix crushed roasted red bell peppers with vegan feta and a splash of olive oil. 🔥👌🏾 #campingvibes #lionsmane #mothernature

Chipotle Pepper Chili Mac 🔥🥲 Had to finesse this Chipotle Pepper Chili Mac before I start this 3 day raw vegan journey. Pray for me y’all. I am going in. INGREDIENTS • 1 Tbsp olive oil • 1/2 cup white onion, chopped • 1 Tbsp minced garlic • 10-12oz plant-based grounds • 1 Tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce • 2 Tbsp tomato paste • 1/2 diced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce • 1 Tbsp chili powder • Salt & pepper to taste • 3.5 cups vegetable broth • 2 cups macaroni elbow pasta • 2 x 15oz cans black beans, drained • 7oz shredded vegan cheddar, divided Cilantro to garnish STEPS • 1.
