There are a few steps to cover in the finishing department. Each pin has a post welded to the back. Then we apply the butterfly clutch and bag them. Your order is now ready to ship. If you ordered the hard enamel process, there is an extra step. With hard enamel, the paint is level with the surface. The way they achieve that is to add a lot more paint that soft enamel, and then buff them. A technician hand polishes each pin with a grinding wheel and buffing wheel to remove the excess paint.
