The weather was particularly nice, which was good because we had our first snares/flubs sectional which took place in a park. I tried so hard not to be nervous but wow, that group is so stressful to be a part of. Afterward I went to Kylie’s church for a game night thing. I think I need to work on not caring as much about other’s opinions. This is a wonderful honour as The Seed of the Year competition recognizes publicly developed Canadian cultivars of field crops, forages, fruits, vegetables or herbs important to the agri-food industry.
