This is what I drink most mornings before food. 1 tsp of molasses, honey and lemon juice. This helps me fight off cold, removed period cramps and heavy flow, and cleans out my stomach and promotes skin health. Honey is an antibacterial, lemon is full of vitamin C and molasses is packed with iron. I love it because even though it's not the best tasting beverage, the benefits can be seen instantly. However, the taste isn't for everyone, but it grows on you.
Lunch?: I woke up so late (1pm) and it took me some time to get around to eating (it's almost 4). So I'm not sure what to consider this. I'm stuffed! but I might have something small at 7. Salad with wasabi sauce, pork, onions, tomatoes and spinach. Black bread fried in olive oil, egg, artichoke dip, asparagus and hot sauce. Sorry for the repetition of ingredients so often. I'm just trying to creatively use up what I currently have.
Breakfast: Boiled asparagus, non fat yogurt with cinnamon, Russian bread toasted in olive oil, sunny side egg, garlic foie gras and tomatoes. +2 cups of water. Don't be scared to eat fats, it is important that you include them to to not suck your body out dry of what it needs. Especially for women.
I was kind of lazy today so I just grabbed the egg salad I used a few days ago on my avocado and bread combo with some tomatoes on the side and hot sauce. Always keep something healthy that is ready to eat to avoid eating junk.
Breakfast: Portabello mushrooms filled with spinach, tomatoes, garlic, bacon an feta cheese. With Greek yogurt on the side with cinnamon. + 2 cups of water. I ended up having 2 of these mushrooms :) really yum!
