A new use for old tires. Makers from Noah’s Ark International Exports in India use recycled rubber tires to create a planter for warm weather plants. After buying the tires at a local market, the tire is cut and hand-sewn, and the base attached. After being washed, the outside is painted with a base colour and left to dry. Each planter is then painted by hand to create the floral pattern.
