Our core team finally met up in Vienna two weeks ago! It was awesome to see each other after travel restrictions got in the way of our yearly meetups (the last one in Stockholm was almost two and a half years ago). Dinners, chats, bowling, workouts, seeing Bond die and some mischief made it a highlight of the year for all of us! We also spent an afternoon talking about how much we love our users and planning new releases for you all in 2022 and beyond so stay tuned and THANK YOU ALL!!!

Excellent post from @melisfit_: Standing Forward Fold (Uttanasana) In the before photo there are a few big issues here that could cause injury and hurt your practice: 1 My back is completely rounded! This is one of the biggest problems I see in this pose (and can cause so much back pain!) Make sure to always lift up through the front body and think about bending UP and OVER your legs. Always remember to keep your chest away from your stomach! Length is KEY!
