Steak Fries are so good in the AirFryer.  I used 3 Russet Potatoes and cut them into fries. Put them in a pot with cold water and drain to remove excess starch. Put back in pot and cover with cold water and put on stove uncovered on high till they boil. Drain and dry for a few minutes. Toss with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
