It can be frozen.  + Use for hot cereal (just add cinnamon, your preferred milk) + Use as a warm dish by spicing it up and adding vegetables (grilled or otherwise) + Use it as a cold salad by adding it on top of your spinach, kale, etc + Use it in smoothies for thickness and nutrients such as protein + Use it as a filling inside stuffed kale, pepper, eggplant + Use it in soup  + Use it to make vegan burgers
