So happy to find scallops on the shell and wild Argentine shrimps at the grocery store tonight. Scallops were poached in white wine on the grill and finished with a chilli garlic butter and cilantro. Shrimps were tossed in red pepper flakes, salt , pepper, lime juice and olive oil, grilled and topped with lime zest. All served with a lovely couscous, tomato, corn and jalapeno salad. #foodphotography #foodstyling #food @zimmysnook

A little mixed grill tonight. Lamb spiedini with freshly made tzatziki, spicy black tiger shrimp, lobster tails with lemon chilli butter, portobello mushroom with gorgonzola, all served with an arugula salad, olives, grapes and from the garden, cherry tomatoes and ring of fire peppers. Nice fresh flavours. @zimmysnook

Dinner included these plump, skillet seared, spicy shrimp, finished with lemon zest and cilantro. We also enjoyed salmon papillote with a lemon, dill butter, served alongside rice and a strawberry, goat cheese and toasted almond salad. @zimmysnook

So happy it's Copper River salmon season! Tonight we cedar planked a fillet in grainy mustard, honey and lemon zest. We enjoyed it with a spinach, strawberry, goat cheese and spiced pecans salad as well as long-grain and wild rice with cilantro and green chillies. @zimmysnook

Next, we're off for a hike to take in some #FallColours. Later, settling in to watch the #TorontoBlueJays with a leftover turkey, cranberry and gravy sandwich! @zimmysnook
