My favourite way to make lamb is to marinate and slow cook (100°F-105°F), full racks of lamb. Then let them rest and slice them into lollipops. Toss them in more marinade, then grill them hot and fast! (2-3 minutes!) When they are done, toss them in a board sauce (fresh chopped herbs, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, s&p) and serve. #lambchops #lamb #grilledlamb #grilledrecipe #lambrecipe . Reversed seared rack of lamb. A marinade of garlic, fresh rosemary & thyme, Dijon, balsamic, lemon juice, s&p and olive oil. Cooked at 180°F for about 35 minutes, then seared over charcoal and wood for about 8 minutes. Served at 135°F after resting. Lucky for mom & dad, there were leftovers to be delivered! Reverse seared a couple of racks of lamb to celebrate #GreekEaster We took a couple of pieces each, to some of Elaine’s family (porch delivery), along with some cookies and red eggs that Elaine made. Boneless leg of lamb, started on the rotisserie, then finished over hot embers, along side 3 racks of lamb. From the story poll I took on Saturday , the racks were the overwhelming preference, 3 to 1. We had a wonderful day with family, enjoying great food, wine and conversation! Grilled rack of lamb with a village salad for dinner tonight! (... and a little glass of vino🍷) Marinated the lamb in garlic, rosemary, oregano, s&p, olive oil and balsamic. Reserved some of the marinade, then squeezed fresh lemon juice in, to create the dressing for both the lamb & salad. Super simple, super quick and super tasty!
