My lovely wife requested pasta tonight... so, I made her a summer garden pasta. Linguine with cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, evoo, pepper flakes and a 'healthy' amount of parmigiano reggiano. My son loved it too! #HappyWifeHappyLife @zimmysnook

#MeatlessMonday Magic!  The penne mezzi was cooked in strained tomatoes, basil, garlic, shallots, spices and red pepper flakes. The tomatoes were roasted in olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes. The two were brought together with fresh mozzarella and basil.  Hope your week is off to a fabulous start! @zimmysnook

My take on the age old Italian comfort food... meatballs 'n sauce. Beef and pork mixed with ricotta, eggs, crumbs, fresh parsley, oregano, salt and chilli flakes.  The sauce was diced tomatoes, strained tomatoes, onions, garlic and spices. The two met and lived happily ever after... in my tummy! @zimmysnook
