Served with a kale chopped salad that included Rainier cherries, feta, chickpeas & dill tossed in a feta dressing. (Not shown, summer red wine over ice) @zimmysnook

So happy it's Copper River salmon season! Tonight we cedar planked a fillet in grainy mustard, honey and lemon zest. We enjoyed it with a spinach, strawberry, goat cheese and spiced pecans salad as well as long-grain and wild rice with cilantro and green chillies.@zimmysnook
