Pork tenderloin two ways: for my wife, homemade teriyaki and for the boys and me, extra spicy jerk made with Naga Viper and Trinidad Scorpion peppers from the garden. Served with local roasted vegetables and more tomatoes from the garden.
I think this is the first time in 22 years that I've made ribs when the boys weren't home... But, I felt like ribs and really wanted to add the first ripe Carolina Reaper peppers to the hot sauce. Needed to jack up the ghost pepper bbq sauce from the other day for the boys, so I added 3 raw ghost peppers and some ground ghost pepper flakes. Tasty but still not quite hot enough. Enjoy your weekend!
Cooking for a party is a lot of fun, but doesn't allow us to crank up the heat the way we like it. Tonight's fix is spicy bbq pizza with extra hot chorizo, hot salami, jalapeños, Thai chilies and smoked ghost chilies to top it off.
