I think this is the first time in 22 years that I've made ribs when the boys weren't home... But, I felt like ribs and really wanted to add the first ripe Carolina Reaper peppers to the hot sauce. The peppers were dwarfs but still packed a nice bite. Looking forward to the mature ones in the next few weeks. #CarolinaReaper #hottestpepper #spicy #weberfun @zimmysnook

Needed to jack up the ghost pepper bbq sauce from the other day for the boys, so I added 3 raw ghost peppers and some ground ghost pepper flakes. Tasty but still not quite hot enough. #TGIF! Enjoy your weekend! #weberfun @zimmysnook
